Mission Control

Ask yourself these questions:

  • What is your mission for your organization?
  • What is your mission for your immediate work group?
  • Is your mission concise and straightforward?
  • Do others in your organization know what it is?
  • Do you walk your talk?
  • Would others in your organization agree?

These are all valid questions for anyone who claims to be a leader. If you can answer yes to them, perhaps you can establish your own quarter-century legacy like Richie Zweigenhaft has. Now if only he could learn to go to his left.
