Mission Control
Ask yourself these questions:
- What is your mission for your organization?
- What is your mission for your immediate work group?
- Is your mission concise and straightforward?
- Do others in your organization know what it is?
- Do you walk your talk?
- Would others in your organization agree?
These are all valid questions for anyone who claims to be a leader. If you can answer yes to them, perhaps you can establish your own quarter-century legacy like Richie Zweigenhaft has. Now if only he could learn to go to his left.
