Leadership Training Comes Through in a Crisis

When I attended a leadership development program in mid-2001 I did so with the idea that it would help me land my next promotion so I could keep climbing the corporate ladder. My primary objective in attending the program was to acquire the tools necessary to become an outstanding leader so I could take on roles of increasing responsibility in my company.
