MEETING CHALLENGES

One of your coach's jobs is to help you identify challenges and develop plans for meeting them. Challenges can be external obstacles such as limited resources or conflicting directions from within your organization. Or they can be internal factors such as your own resistance or insufficient set of skills.

Plans for overcoming obstacles are created as you work with your coach to identify developmental objectives that you can achieve by executing specific behavioral action plans.
