WHAT WAS LEARNED

Looking at the Web-based survey, to which twenty-one people responded, we learned the degree to which participants believed their abilities in specific areas improved as a result of the EL program. Respondents indicated they had improved at giving feedback, working effectively on geographically dispersed teams, effectively contributing to teams, receiving feedback, and translating high-level strategic initiatives into tangible projects.

Survey responses also provided information on other areas of impact.
