GENERATION GAP?

In the most recent survey there was complete agreement across baby boom (born between 1946 and 1954), existentialist (born between 1955 and 1963), and Generation X (born between 1964 and 1979) managers about their two most significant challenges: creating/following through on organization change was ranked first and achieving a reasonable work-life balance was ranked second, as they were for the total group.

Below that the different generations are focused on different challenges.
