Australian Survey Provides Insights

According to a recent survey by the Melbourne Business School's Mt. Eliza Center for Executive Education, Australian managers believe they can do a better job than their CEOs or senior managers. The survey has been conducted annually for the past four years as part of the school's Leadership Index project. The index aims to capture the specific issues and concerns of managers in Australian organizations and thereby to understand the extent to which the challenges faced by these managers are similar to or different from those of their counterparts regionally and globally.
