Samantha Tan, originally from Singapore, has an M.Ed. degree from Harvard. She now is a principal with the Meristem Group, a Cambridge, Massachusetts, firm that provides leadership education to those serving the public interest. Also a member of an innovative worldwide network of emerging leaders called Pioneers of Change, Tan says that enterprises need to put more focus on emerging leaders.
