Talent supply is a core competitive advantage of modern enterprises in growth markets. U.S. government studies show that among the companies in growth markets, 61 percent do not have the right people to be trained, 47 percent suffer shortages of leadership talent, and 40 percent do not know how to train their staff members to be world-class managers.
