Richard B. Wallace is a manager in the Knowledge Management Division of Science Applications International Corporation, the largest employee-owned research and engineering firm in the United States. He has experience in enterprise-wide projects ranging from the development of communities of practice to the development and implementation of knowledge repositories that fundamentally affect how people do their work.
