Boy, I feel better for having gotten all that off my chest. Even though I have now cleaned out some of the odds and ends of potential column material, ideas keep building up. I feel lucky to work in the leadership field because the sources of content are never ending. In a future column look for some thoughts culled from an interview with the people behind the most exciting medical breakthrough you have never heard of.
