USING MUSIC

Performing artists and leaders are constantly working on similar stages of performance and are expected to maintain a repertoire of creative, artistic, and innovative competencies. In my work with leaders, I use music to help them practice the eight keys outlined in this article, and any leader can make similar use of music.

The essence of practice for leaders and performing artists is the same: to constructively provoke thought and evoke emotion in their audiences.
