Making the Connection Between Art and Leadership

Five years ago I was at a meeting on creative leadership at the Airlie Conference Center in Warrenton, Virginia. During a break I sat down at a piano in a common area. (In addition to being a leadership educator, I am a performing musician and composer, so I couldn't resist.)
