TWO PARTS

Changing to be more effective takes work. One part of it is the work of changing itself. Leaders must themselves decide to change and then make the changes happen. The change comes from within the leader. But an equally important part of changing is getting others to notice the change. This requires patience, good marketing, honesty, reaching out to others, perseverance at getting through the transition, and partnerships with others who will give good feedback along the way.
