THREE STRATEGIES

Given the importance of multicultural competence to effective organizational operations, it is essential to consider relevant practices for developing multiculturally competent leaders. In CCL's view, effective approaches to leadership development center on three primary strategies: assessment, challenge, and support. The richest developmental experiences contain a mixture of these strategies.
