In their book Developing Global Executives (Harvard Business School Press, 2002), Morgan W. McCall Jr. and George P. Hollenbeck, a former human resource executive and director of executive education at Harvard Business School and currently a leadership selection and development consultant based in Houston, describe their study of executives living and working in foreign cultures.
