The wizard thrives in a realm of mystery, possibility, and magic. The wizard's strength doesn't come from conflicts and might but from wisdom and the ability to see below and beyond appearances. This type of leader brings unshakable faith that something fresh and better is really out there. The wizard uses icons, values, rituals, and stories to thread the day-to-day details of work into a momentous, symbolic tapestry. A company without wizards is sterile and often toxic; employees become individual mercenaries rather than forming a team bonded by shared spirit.
