DEVELOPING HEART
The example of Nelson Mandela demonstrates that a leader doesn't have to like war to be a warrior. Warriors include doctors in war zones who risk life and limb to administer medical care and clergy members who battle to bring justice to their neglected communities. To be a warrior you need only have a cause for which you will give your all.
Of course, not everyone is a warrior. If you have little taste for conflict, face that reality directly, but also acknowledge it as a vulnerability. If your company faces real threats from real enemies, shying away from the battlefield will be costly if not catastrophic for you, your employees, and your purposes.
