ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Michael Beer is chairman and cofounder of TruePoint, a management consulting firm that works with senior executives to transform their companies into high-performing, people-centric businesses. He is the Cahners-Rabb professor of business administration emeritus at Harvard Business School and author or co-author of ten books, including most recently High Commitment, High Performance: How to Build a Resilient Organization for Sustained Advantage (Jossey-Bass, 2009). He holds a Ph.D. degree from Ohio State University.
