Strategic Assignments

Go after tasks and roles that give you reason to practice the skills you need to learn. Identify specific capabilities or areas to develop, assess your current skill level, and use the work assignment as a lab for learning. Try new behaviors, practice new skills, ask for feedback, and reflect on your level of improvement.
