OIL's strategic business context has changed considerably in the past ten years. It has taken on an increasingly global presence, with operations in seven countries outside India. This expanded business scenario has created a need for increased development in such areas as commercial business savvy and strategic orientation; negotiation, power, influence, and relationship skills and management; and leadership style repertoire.
