About the Research

Today's most pressing business and societal challenges span vertical, horizontal, stakeholder, geographic, and demographic boundaries. So too must leadership. With this in mind, CCL is engaged in research to develop new knowledge and practice in the area of boundary-spanning, leadership—the capability to created shared direction, alignment, and commitment across boundaries in service of achieving a higher vision or goal. this research is supported by a grant from the Alfred J. Marrow New Directions in Leadership Fund.
