Preparing for the Next Improvement Cycle

Once actual results have been assessed and compared to target results, it is time to prepare to execute next year’s tactical objectives. The target results for next year have already been set according to the methodology presented in Chapter 6. For example, the target results for the year 2001 for the departments of ODU’s College of Engineering and Technology are shown in Table 7-9.
