Technologizing Leadership

The second goal of this book is to ask the reader to consider another new concept in leadership development called human technology.

Before discussing human technology, the term technology needs to be expanded upon. Technology is the study of (ology) technique (techn). It is basically a study of applying a particular methodology, art, or application; it is not theoretical or conceptual. Applications are as important as theories because they can ultimately alter our realities.
