If you live it from a place of awareness, it can become a path of personal growth, both when it is practiced and when it is lost. Leadership is a difficult and rare skill. Organizations should consider it an endangered species, supporting its growth and prohibiting its extinction. This species’ natural habitat is very subtle: It’s that delicate, razor-thin line that exists between self-leadership and the impact it has on others.
