What Is Articulating?

Leading a team always means managing change. When we act as a team, we produce results that cause change in the environment, and in so doing, we also change: We learn, experience frustration, grow, and suffer. Outward changes are accompanied by inward changes. The very act of setting a goal for ourselves starts to change us!

In this whole change process, it’s fundamentally important to reduce uncertainty to keep everyone’s minds open and creative. As a result, their attitudes will be as proactive as possible. This, then, is an essential function of leadership and articulating is a very powerful tool to achieve this.
