Trust

We have seen the effect that leadership has on an emotional level: Good and bad leadership is felt. For this reason, in order for good leadership to be present, you need a solid base of self-awareness from the leader and a solid emotional connection between members of the group. You can’t achieve that without believing in yourself and the people on your team. Let’s test this theory with two real life examples of what happens when trust is missing:
