3 Gather feedback and air any issues

The @90days milestone review workshop is a great opportunity to give and receive feedback in a formal and structured way. You guys have worked as a team for three months and it is a good time to take stock and check in with each other on how the team is functioning and whether it is living up to your standards for a high-performing team.

There are four aspects to consider:

  • leader to team feedback;
  • leader to individual team member feedback;
  • stakeholder feedback to the team;
  • team to leader feedback.
