1 Review progress against team plan

You can keep the team plan on track by conducting thorough progress reviews of the First 100 Days Team Plan with your team at the key milestones of @30 days, @60 days and @90 days.

The @60 days milestone is the second major pause and opportunity to review team progress against your First 100 Days Team Plan. By now, you and your team will be seeing results coming through, and this progress review will serve to energise everyone for the final phase of the plan.

Don’t underestimate the opportunity to also use the @60 Days Team Workshop to facilitate the acceleration of the all-important working and social bond between leader and team, and amongst the team itself.
