Leading a team in your first 100 days is not easy. You have a lot to deal with as a newly appointed leader – getting up to speed with your role requirements, building a good relationship with your boss, meeting new stakeholders, possibly navigating a new organisation or geographic culture.

It is understandable, with so much to deal with, that it can be challenging to invest adequate time and effort needed to build a high performing team.
