Focus on the Present

We know that our frame of mind, decisions, and the actions that we take in the present moment set the stage for things to come—sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. The quality of our attention, concentration, and creativity in the present dictates the quality of our future. But so often our daily routines are brimming over with meetings, conference calls, and last-minute urgent requests that we do not stop to engage in top-quality thinking in the moment.
