In 1996, my wife, Luanne, and I got to introduce our son Justin to President Reagan for the first time. Though our visit was only scheduled to last for a few minutes, we wound up spending 45 minutes with the president, talking about everything from family life to politics. He gave us a personal tour of his office and enjoyed showing us the artwork, artifacts, and photographs that filled it. It was clear that his Century City, California, post–presidency office was a place of deep pride and great joy for him.

Beginning his professional career in the Office of Ronald Reagan, Dan learned leadership personally from the Great Communicator himself. Dan witnessed up close how President Reagan used and applied his natural skills to not only lead the Free World, but impact the lives of individuals around him. Dan has spent his career emulating and refining the skills he observed directly from President Reagan and is passionate about sharing his experiences and those timeless principles with other leaders.
