Before we begin discovering your mission, I am going to give you a brief definition of the difference between a mission and a vision because people often confuse the two, whether they are doing this exercise for themselves, for a team, or for an organization.

Definition: Your mission is your purpose: what you do and maybe even why you do it, or perhaps what gives your life meaning. It’s in the now, the present.
