This chapter is brand new to this version of the book. I realized that I still had a few tutorials that I really wanted to include. But they just didn’t seem to fit in other chapters. Essentially, the tutorials fit into a theme of blending, placing, and compositing things into images where they don’t really belong. Between the improved selection capabilities of Photoshop CS5 and the blending options that have been around for years, there are plenty of ways to move part of one image into another and make it look realistic.
