Blending layers is the next level of merging your images together. There are a lot of ways to blend layers together that go beyond simply changing the opacity. One of those ways is called blend modes. It’s like opacity on steroids, and the effects you can get with blend modes are unlike any other effects you’ll find in Photoshop.
