Philip Alberstat

Philip Alberstat is a Partner at law firm Osborne Clarke. He works extensively for companies in the film and broadcasting industries and represents numerous broadcasters, production companies, banks and financial institutions.
Philip is on the editorial board of Entertainment Law Review and the advisory board of the British Independent Film Awards. He speaks frequently at seminars and conferences on media-related subjects, and lectures at the Raindance Film Workshop and the European Film Institute. He was the winner of the 1997 HIFAL Lawyer Award as Solicitor of the Year and is the author of the Independent Producers’ Guide to Film and TV Contracts (Focal Press, 2000).
