Why This Book?
While reflecting on the feedback that our previous two books on LeSS presented too many ideas with too few starting points, Craig asked Bas if he wanted to write another book. Bas declined as he was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his second son. A relentless Craig convinced Bas this book was going to be an easy one. Craig was wrong.
