Some of the components presented in these pages have been extracted from work produced with the management team of Faurecia’s Non-Production Purchasing Department, whom I want to thank here for their collaboration and contribution. Thank you to Sandrine CORTES, Antonio BATTISTA and Jean RICHARD who share the management of the various commodities at a global level, as well as to Philippe GNEMMI, Doug MAYNOR and Nick SUN who are in charge of the organization and the management of the European, American and China regions respectively. All of them have developed methodologies, defined strategies, and applied them in the field.
