Installing the Node.js plugin

Follow these steps to install the NodeJS plugin:

Open IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate.
Go to Preferences | Plugins | Install JetBrains Plugin.
Search for NodeJS.
Click on Install.
Restart your IDE so that installed changes will be applied.
