WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? 
Be early. It is better to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin, so that everyone will be comfortable and begin promptly. Being late is insulting, and the Japanese do not like surprises. A whole group would probably have to change their schedule if you are late.
