No matter your level, you are always in a building mode, developing a solid foundation or adding a growth pattern to your career in the form of the companies you work for and the people you learn from. It will be helpful in your assessment to know what you liked best about your last post, what new learning or environment would be exciting to you, and why you want this job in this company at this time. Writing a list of desired attributes in the company and competencies in its leadership will help you in your first phase of investigation.
