Happiness

The US Declaration of Independence states that ‘life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’ are inalienable rights and the United Nations has declared 20 March each year as the International Day of Happiness.

A team of researchers at Warwick Business School, led by Economics Professor Andrew Oswald,* says that human happiness has noticeable effects on productivity. You will be invigorated by positive emotions while negative feelings will have the opposite effect. Simply stated, happy people work better.

Whether or not you consider happiness to be a right, here are some models that will help you to become happier and more positive.
