The big picture

Many of your beliefs are learned, repeated thought patterns and your subconscious creates behaviours which align with those beliefs. It is worth considering how many of your long-held beliefs really are beliefs or simply things that others have repeated to you, or perhaps you have repeated them to yourself over time until they have become ingrained and you don’t question them any more. It is likely that some of these long-held beliefs limit your thinking, positivity or actions.
