Developing change catalysts: Working withothers to initiate, lead or manage changethrough to a successful outcome.

All individuals, teams and organisations have to deal with change. This can be externally driven by a number of factors, such as markets, economic cycles, environmental changes, increased costs, competition issues or new roles. There are also changes that are more internally driven in terms of a desire to improve, a fresh idea, a new outlook or aiming for a new horizon.
