Compelling leadership (communication)

Communication: Expressing opinions, desires,needs and fears verbally and non-verbally inways that are appropriate and effective to thesituation.

Compelling leadership is defined as being able to engender loyalty, attract followers and use risk as a technique to grow and learn. These leaders drive growth and achievement for individuals, teams and the organisation. Central to this is their ability to communicate with power, clarity, influence and a clear context.
