Leadership development (succession)

Succession: Seeking and creatingopportunities for others to increase their skills,abilities and capacity that will add value whenapplied.

Leadership development is defined as any activity that enhances the leadership capability and capacity in an individual, team or organisation. This is likely to involve the development of abilities and attitudes that deliver successful outcomes using a combination of approaches from classroom-based courses to more experiential learning.
