Strategic leadership (vision)
Vision: Inspiring, guiding or directing otherstowards a compelling picture of what could be.
Strategic leadership is about having the vision and ability to influence others to make voluntary decisions that enhance the prospects of long-term success and stability. Strategic leaders apply different approaches to inspire the vision, growth and success potential of individuals, teams and organisations by formulating and implementing strategies that provide direction, alignment and ownership.
