This book is not a collection of theory, neither is it just commentary on a topic that is written from the sidelines of a distant keyboard. Since 1998 I have been a dedicated and professional executive coach delivering more than 25,000 hours of coaching sessions around the world; the hours, the travel and the number of clients and new content continue to extend each day. Professional coaching is what I do.
