What is it?

Unmet need analytics is the process of uncovering whether there are any unmet needs around your product or service or within your market that you could meet to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

The purpose is to identify the gap that exists between what the market wants and what your business and/or the market currently provides so your new products or product improvements can close the gap and take advantage of the opportunity.

Why does it matter?
