What is it?

Most businesses have a sense of where they are heading and what they are trying to achieve. For many these destinations are formalised on a strategy map that identifies the value drivers in the business. In other words the business has identified the key levers that they need to pull in order to meet their strategic objectives.

Value driver analytics is the assessment and investigation into these levers to ensure that they are actually delivering the expected outcome.
