cpw — Changing passwords

Synopsis

cpw [--random-key] [--random-password] [--password=password] [--key=hexkey]    principal-name

passwd

The cpw command changes the password of the principal-name given as an argument. Without arguments, cpw will prompt for a new password on the terminal. The other arguments have the same meaning as in the add command.

The cpw command requires that the administrator have change-password (or cpw) permissions on the principal she is modifying.
